The nearest Metro stop to our main Rye Hill campus is Newcastle Central Station and is only a 10-minute walk away. If you’re coming from the coast and arriving at Monument station, the campus is a bit further but still only a 15-minute walk from Newcastle’s city centre. 

We’re conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Newcastle Central Station, which offers extensive national rail connections. Check ticket options and schedules for your journey. 

Newcastle is accessible via motorway and major roads from the South. Key routes from the North to Newcastle include the A1, A19, and A694. 

Our campus is approximately a 20 to 25-minute walk from Haymarket Bus Station, the main bus terminal in Newcastle. There are also nearby bus stops on Scotswood Road and Westmorland Road. The National Express Coach Station is just a short 5-minute walk away. 

Newcastle benefits from an extensive transport network, connected to the rest of the UK by major roads and motorways. From the North, key roads leading to Newcastle include the A1, A69, A68, and A696.
