HE Hub
Your central space to eat, drink and be with friends.
The upper floor of the HE Hub is the perfect spot for socialising or taking a break between study sessions. Whether you’re catching up with friends or grabbing a quick lunch, this space has everything you need. The HE Hub has: • A wide range of lunch options, including soups and sandwiches • A well-stocked bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks • Space to socialise before a big night out! The HE Hub is an ideal for meeting friends, enjoying a meal or relaxing. We even host events in the HE Hub throughout the year, such as Halloween and Christmas parties – so keep your eyes peeled for our upcoming social events!
In 2022, Newcastle College University Centre was awarded more than £2million from the Office for Students (OfS) to spend on bringing our students the latest STEM equipment to support them in their learning and prepare them to enter the workforce of the future. Thanks to additional funding from the OfS in 2023, we've now invested a further £6million into our facilities, giving students access to cutting-edge technology.
